On Monday morning at approx. 0930, members of Local 2687 [2nd Platoon] arrived to find heavy fire coming from a one-car attatched garage on West Helen Street.  The fire was brought under control quickly, and the house checked for extension.  Heat from the fire damaged a nearby exposure.

No injuries were reported.
