Hamden Professional Firefighters Local 2687 would like to wish you and your family

a happy and SAFE Memorial Day weekend.

Please take the time to remember the men and women who have died in our nation's service,

protecting the freedoms we enjoy today.

Hamden Memorial Day Parade info (from www.hamden.com):

The Town of Hamden will present its 77th annual Memorial Day Parade on May 27, 2013 beginning at 10:00 a.m. at Hamden High School and continuing north along Dixwell Avenue to the Memorial Town Hall. The Parade will be reviewed on Dixwell Avenue near Evergreen Avenue.

Following the parade there will be a wreath ceremony at the Veterans Memorial in front of Hamden Middle School. After the invocation, Mayor Jackson and the Parade Marshal will address those in attendance, and wreaths will be placed at the Memorial.

The parade will serve as a tribute to the deeds of our veterans and a source of pride to our citizens.

**REMINDER FOR LOCAL 2687 MEMBERS:**

Formation is Between 9:00-9:30 at the High School

Parade starts at 10:00hrs

Dress will be Class A Uniforms
